Project Manager
Minimum/General Experience:
Experience of seven (7) or more years. Has at least two (2) years of experience acting in a managerial capacity. Advanced certifications in a related field may be substituted for years of experience.
Functional Responsibility:
Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Defines project scope and objectives. Manages project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Provides leadership to the project team. Drives and takes action on the analysis and solutions of problems. Responsible for the quality and review of project deliverables.
Minimum Education:
Holds a four-year degree in an appropriate field.
Masters degree or specialized experience in the technologies that meet the specific client service needs may be substituted for years of experience
Consultant II
Minimum/General Experience: Experience of three (3) or more years. Advanced certifications in a related field may be substituted for years of experience.
Functional Responsibility: Performs tasks and interviews of management and organizational structures to evaluate performance relative to project objectives. Conducts interviews, advises on business strategies and manages issues to focus on most beneficial objectives. Defines requirements and develops business and data deliverables as specified. Provides assistance in the evaluation and implementation of project initiatives. Develops and recommends solutions.
Minimum Education:
Holds a four-year degree in an appropriate field.
Masters degree or specialized experience in the technologies that meet the specific client service needs may be substituted for years of experience.
Lead Technical Architect
Minimum/General Experience: Experience of three (3) or more years. Advanced certifications in a related field may be substituted for years of experience. This individual has experience analyzing business processes, translating business requirements to technical requirements, and providing technology expertise.
Functional Responsibility: This individual establishes system information requirements in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Contributes to technical design, product and vendor selection, application and technical architectures. Provides subject matter expertise on various technologies and platforms. Ensures that the systems are compatible and in compliance with the industry standards, best practices and client requirements. Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant to all security and architecture standards.

Lead Functional Architect
Minimum/General Experience: Experience of three (3) or more years. Advanced certifications in a related field may be substituted for years of experience. This individual has experience analyzing business processes, translating business requirements to technical requirements, and providing technology expertise.
Functional Responsibility: This individual establishes functional requirements in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Contributes to the functional design, product and vendor selection, application and functional architectures. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and plans and develops appropriate corrective action.
Minimum Education:
Holds a four-year degree in an appropriate field.
