News: (05/2009) – XD3 upgrades technical services offering to better support market and customer demands.
XD3 has grown and matured over the past several years and in doing so, we have made significant progress and changes with the revamping of our website and services, expansion of our core team, and diversifying our portfolio to better serve our customers and partners. As we augment our services to support our customers in this current market where companies are tightening budgets, cutting projects, and continually pressing to increase performance, shorten timelines, but still expect flexible, complex and scalable solutions, our role to our customers has changed and our efforts have become both strategic and tactical to ensure our customer’s success.
Ensuring IT Effectiveness is no longer just a diagnosis of your department’s symptoms. It’s about applying the right treatment to solving issues and mitigating risks and achieving your goals more efficiently without impacting future projects and/or other departments in your organization. In a recent survey of XD3’s customers it was determined that the effectiveness of IT is not just the traditional components of project management, data and conversion deployments, operational efficiency, and vendor management. But the initial architecture, requirements management, user coordination, and ensuring existing controls and capabilities are maintained are now given more importance when driving the strategic direction of IT.
Accordingly, XD3 has revamped its services to provide more tactical support for the implementation for the overall IT strategy of our customers XD3’s core expertise encompasses all key facets of a company’s IT organization from end user experience through to the nuances of quality assurance and requirements traceability. With XD3’s new approach we are now doing more work with our customer to assist, support, and manage numerous software development/deployment efforts to ensure effective and successful deliveries by IT of new products and services versus our previous concentration on providing traditional strategic consulting.
Through this evolution, we retain our proven and considerable experience in all facets of Telecom OSS/BSS solutions. We also continue to provide Project Management and Project Turnaround services, Enterprise Architecture design, and Executive Leadership services. We have also expanded upon our IT Effectiveness experience and are currently supporting our customers in the areas of: Solutions Deployment, Requirements Management, Quality Assurance Management, User Coordination and Vendor/Sourcing Management.
