News: (10/2006) - XD3 leads Revenue Assurance and Recovery effort at recently independent Telecom Provider.
After the client implemented a new billing system, billing and collections issues arose that required an external analysis of the billing system implementation and all other revenue generating activities. Worked directly with the client to research billing system issues, generate corrective action recommendations, and correct data issues in the billing system. Also performed separate revenue/billing analyses in the area of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) sales, billable repairs, and maintenance renewals.

News (02/2006) - XD3 retained to build and operate interim billing functionality for MPLS services to a state government.
XD3 was selected by a former Regional Bell Operating Company to develop an interim billing solution for new MPLS services provided across multiple agencies within a State government. The initial full-functional bills needed to be provided within 60 days of the start of the project while development of a permanent solution was planned for 12-18 months. XD3 utilized RAD development techniques to develop and then maintain the interim solution successfully without a single billing system related problem until the new system was ready to be implemented.

News: (01/2006) - For interconnection software provider, XD3 creates standardized product implementation methodology.
Customer provides an industry-leading software product for inter-exchange carriers throughout the world to manage inter-exchange contracts, traffic, least cost routing, etc. XD3 was retained to consolidate various individual implementation methods practiced by customer implementation teams into a single, consistent, and predictable methodology. Work included creation of a template implementation project plan in MS Project that started with the sales process and went through to system deployment. A companion Implementation Handbook was also provided that explained in detail each item in the template project plan.
