News: (10/2005) - XD3 supports Internet Service Company's development of new order and provisioning services for VOIP providers.
The company operated a billing service bureau for some 40+ Tier 2 and Tier 3 wireless providers and went through a multi-year program to implement a new billing system for its service bureau customers. XD3 provided a senior resource to serve as Implementation Program Manager for migration of the customer base to the new billing system. Work included creation of a deployment roadmap that stratified the customer base into implementation groups and called for multiple concurrent deployments to customers. The approach included creation of centralized implementation support team as well as an on-site team responsible for each individual customer's successful deployment. XD3 Developed a template MS Project plan for an implementation which could be modified to reflect each customer's unique situation.
News: (09/2005) - XD3 supports the program management office for major credit card bank.
XD3 was chosen by major credit card bank to provide project management consulting and training to a large corporate program with the mission of replacing a majority of the corporation's customer contact systems. The program consisted of multiple concurrent projects and initiatives and required extensive program/project management. XD3 reviewed the program/project management process and interviewed multiple project managers within the program. XD3 recommended several modifications to the program/project management process which were ultimately implemented and provided training to select project managers within the program.

XD3 announced the appointment of Bill Bisbee as Senior Partner. Bill focuses on assuring the successful delivery of large and complex IT development engagements. Prior to joining XD3 Bill led product development for AMS's communication and finance products, including AMS' Billing and Customer Care solution as well as Credit Risk solution.
Bill's career at AMS started in software development and evolved into project management of large-scale development and implementation initiatives.
