News: (08/2003) - XD3 wins contract to support North American wireless service bureau operator.
The company embarked on an initiative to provide an order management and clearinghouse service for VoIP customers and providers. XD3 was retained to document all the business processes and data stores, and data flows for the service. The result of XD3's work was a clear and detailed documentation of the functional, processing, and technical requirements for the service. The deliverables provided by XD3 showed the detailed data flows (for capturing API requirements), all tables and data elements in each table, and all user interactions with the service.
