Marty Rosensweig, Senior Partner
Marty focuses on our application architecture and Next Gen technology practices. He is a nationally recognized expert on OSS/BSS solutions and integration.
Prior to founding XD3 Marty was responsible for defining functionality and technology direction for an international billing product company. Previously Marty was the Chief Architect for several AMS telecom product offerings and is a leader in the development of the billing and customer care products. He also has designed approaches for modern enterprise integration.
Bill Bisbee, Senior Partner
Bill focuses on assuring the successful delivery of large and complex IT development engagements. Prior to joining XD3 Bill led product development for AMS's communication and finance products, including AMS' Billing and Customer Care solution as well as Credit Risk solution.
Bill's career at AMS started in software development and evolved into project management of large-scale development and implementation initiatives. His many successful projects included leading all development activities for AMS' largest single engagement, a multi-year, $300+ million, international deployment of a Customer Care and Billing solution.
Craig Cook, Senior Partner
Craig focuses on client leadership and successful project deployments. With XD3, Craig led the transformation and process re-design effort associated with the deployment of new OSS/BSS solution.
Prior to XD3, Craig worked with CGEY and AMS. At CGEY, Craig led the all activities with one of CGEY's largest clients in their Media and Network practice. At AMS, Craig led a number of AMS' largest client engagements, and led the AMS Atlanta office to 40% growth in the late 1990s.
Mike Markovic, Senior Partner
Mike's areas of expertise include number portability, interconnections services, network cost management, product management, workforce management, and integrated billing and customer care. He has over 20 years of experience consulting with all the major telecoms in North America. Representative clients include Verizon, Cbeyond, Level 3, Qwest, XO, Sprint, PaeTec, AT&T Wireless, and Vonage. Mike will also focus on developing relationships with new clients and ensuring the growth of XD3.
Previously, Mike held leadership positions at NeuStar, TEOCO, AMS, and TELIC. Mike holds an engineering degree from Cornell University
Shawn Gallagher, Partner
Shawn will build on XD3's already impressive track record of superior customer service delivery and satisfaction. He is a results-oriented senior executive with exceptional experience and a proven track record in leading complex, international, and multi-dimensional organizations providing cost recovery and revenue assurance solutions and services. He is a visionary leader with exceptional proficiency in strategic planning and operations management.
Prior to joining XD3, Shawn held various senior executive positions with Razorsight Corporation and was as an integral part of the InfoComm Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has also held management positions at MCI Communications, Qwest and Control Point Solutions. Shawn's career has been dedicated to information technology operations and delivery with concentrations in cost savings, revenue recovery, and business automation for telecommunications providers and Fortune 500 companies.
Ajit Karnik, Senior Business Consultant
Ajit has over 30 years of consulting as well as line management experience with leading communications companies in North America. Ajit's most current expertise is in successfully delivering OSS/BSS solutions for Wireless Retail – (MNO and MVNO) and Wireless wholesale providers. Ajit also has special competency in solutions architecture, program management, onshore and offshore systems integrator management, and demand management.
Past experience also includes the energy, utility and financial industries. Prior to XD3, Ajit held senior positions at Cox Communications, BusinessEdge Solutions, EMC Consulting, and AMS. He holds engineering degrees from IIT-Madras and University of Iowa, and an MBA from University of Chicago.
